I Have Questions

Can I mix and match plans?

Of course, after you apply for the first plan, you will be guided to setup MYGB, our online portal. In MYGB, you can quickly add and remove plans under the Office 365 and Azure Tab, the best part is, you don't need to give us your information each time.

Do I have buy a licence for every mailbox I have?

No, with Office 365 plans you licence the people. You can have unlimited group mailboxes and distribution groups. E.g. John is an employee with an Office 365 licence which includes email, his primary email attached to his account is john@sampledomain.com.au. John as well as 2 other collegues have permission to see and respond to emails in the free info@sampledomain.com.au Shared Mailbox. John also receives emails through the free managers@sampledomain.com.au Distribution Group.

Can I add multiple domains to a Office 365 tenant?

Yes, if your organisation has multiple domains, you can add them all. Just keep in mind that you can only set one domain to reply from per mailbox. i.e. You can receive emails from multiple addresses to one mailbox, but can only reply from one set address.

Who is The George Baini Group?

The George Baini Group is a Business Communications provider based in Australia.

Does that mean that I will be using The George Baini Group's servers?

Not when you buy Office 365 from us. We resell Microsoft services, you pay us and we pay Microsoft.

I have found other providers offering free email hosting, or cheaper plans, whats the difference?

Our plans are offered through Microsoft, a trusted company. Furthermore, Exchange Online, Microsoft's email platform, uses modern technology to distribute and secure your emails, which you will receive in near real-time (dependant on your device).

I already have Office 365, but I want to switch to The George Baini Group?

We get that a lot, because people love working with us. You can have us added as your Microsoft Partner of Record (Sounds complicated, but it is a simple click of a link and then your current Microsoft Username and Password). We will then swap your existing licences with ours so you get our pricing and our bills.

I already have Office on my Desktop?

Office 365 Business and Business Premium Plans automatically receive the latest upgrade at no additional charge so that you’re always on the current version of Office. Further, the Office package on your computer will seamlessly integrate with your Office 365 Account.

Is this all you sell?

No, these are our most common selling plans in the Microsoft Cloud range. We sell all plans, over 40000, which fall under Office 365, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure. Some of these are available online, or you can contact us for a quote for a more specific plan info@gb.com.au. On top of our offering under CSP, we are also a Telecommunications Provider offering NBN, Business Ethernet over Copper or Fibre, Mobile Voice and Broadband. We can also take care of your Custom Application Development written in C#, ASP.NET together with Microsoft SQL Server.

I had a look at your application form, you collect quite a bit of information, why?

When you create an account with us, we get all your details to cover requirements of all the services we provide including our Mobile, Mobile Broadband, Personal and Business Internet. So when you add a service to your account, we don't have to collect anything else, except for the location of the new service.

Do you offer plans for Education and Not-for-Profit organisations?

Yes, we are an Authorised Education Reseller and can ensure you have the best pricing and plan options. We also have access to discounted plans for approved Not-for-Profit organisations.

Service Conditions: 1. Compatible with Windows 7 or later. For macOS, see Office system requirements for Mac. Tablet devices with screens larger than 10.1” require an Office 365 plan licensed for desktop use in order to edit files. 2. For HD calling, compatible HD hardware and broadband connection with at least 4 Mbps required. 3. This plan works with the latest version of Office, Office 2013, and Office 2011 for Mac. Previous versions of Office, such as Office 2010 and Office 2007, may work with Office 365 with reduced functionality. This compatibility with Office does not include the Exchange Online Kiosk or Office 365 F1 plans. 4. Custom domain not included. No Annual Commitment required, if cancelling or switching plans, no refunds of amounts already paid are offered.
